Designed for everyday laptop use, this rechargeable lithium-ion battery can help restore portable operation when your original battery has become weak or faulty.

Your laptop no longer holds enough charge.

The laptop shuts down after the charger is removed.

Battery diagnostics indicate reduced capacity.

The original battery has become unreliable after prolonged use.

Confirm the fault before replacement, because charging-system problems can produce similar symptoms.

Installation and Safety

Turn off the laptop, unplug the power adapter, and disconnect external devices before replacing the battery.

Match the original voltage, part number, mounting points, and connector. Do not install a swollen, punctured, damaged, or incompatible battery.

Dispose of old lithium batteries through an appropriate recycling facility.

Why Choose the CM03XL Replacement Battery?

A correctly matched CM03XL battery helps keep your existing HP EliteBook useful for business activities, schoolwork, presentations, and everyday computing.

Instead of replacing an otherwise functional laptop, changing its worn-out battery may restore the convenience of working away from a power socket.
